We went to Kouts on Wednesday night to introduce Magnolia to the Risners that she hadn't met yet (only around 200 of them or so). We spent the night at GRANDMA Kathy's Wednesday night and then went to a church in "downtown" Kouts on Thursday for dinner....it was the only place in town that would hold all that food!
"My Brother from Another Mother'"
Magnolia and Devon Alsman (some form of a cousin) - born 11 days apart
"Ugggghhhh.... too much turkey Grandma"
Elvis would be proud
Magnolia enjoyed her first meeting with much of the Risner clan. And by "enjoyed" I mean "slept through." But we all had a great time and look forward to next year, when she will be over 1 year old!
On Saturday, we went over to the Cory's house to celebrate Thanksgiving with them and watch Notre Dame spank Stanford. And by "spank" I mean "barely survive against." But hey, I can't complain since they won. We had a great dinner and Magnolia decided to wake up for some pictures with Mimi and Grandpa Cory.
"Hey, you look just like my Mimi"
She really looks up to her Grandpa
We were really thankful for this long weekend to spend with the family and can't wait for Christmas now!
